This young San Francisco Bay Area female had undergone a Rhinoplasty in the past and was unhappy with the results. She felt that the nose looked crooked and out of proportion to the rest of her face. Its tip looked rounded, and she desired a more feminine relationship between the bridge and the tip of the nose. We proceeded with a revision Rhinoplasty. During this operation we had the opportunity to rebuild a more refined and elegant nasal shape. Her new nose harmonizes with her face, allowing her other features to stand out. She is very happy with the change and how natural the result is.
