Aesthetic Practice Provider – NP or PA
We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector who is skilled and passionate about the aesthetic industry to work out of our Los Gatos and Palo Alto offices. The ideal candidate is motivated, passionate about aesthetics, and eager to build their clientele while contributing to our growing practice. Experience with lasers and injectables is desired.

- Provides direct patient care as a representative of the physician, treating the patient in a style and manner developed and directed by the supervising physician and consistent with authorized practice as defined by state law.
- Perform laser treatments
- Preform injectable treatments with Galderma and Allergan products
- Functions in a goal-oriented team & contributes to monthly goals
- Performs other Medspa services where appropriately skilled and licensed
- Maintains all licenses and CME training, as well as recommended training
- Maintains detailed records within the company’s patient management system with regard to patient treatments, outcomes, and other required medical input.
- Responsible for the coordination of retention correspondence to patients regarding their follow-up treatment plan.
- Maintains treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in cosmetic dermatology.\

Assistant Clinic Manager – Los Gatos
We are looking for a Assistant Office Manager who is skilled and passionate about the aesthetic industry. The Assistant Office Manager will report directly to our COO. Key responsibilities include office administrative duties, patient communications and customer service, financial and personnel management, and trainingThe ideal candidate is looking for a long-term career path that includes opportunities for advancement to provide elective care in a fun and supportive environment.
- Assist COO in managing all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, employee management and administrative responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and organizational expertise to all staff members
- Reconcile end-of-day reports & prepare weekly bank deposits
- Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)
- Manage MD schedule and Conults
- Answer high volume of incoming calls
- Being a cultural role model within the practice and tending to any employee relations issues under the guidance of Human Resources and/or Company policies
- Oversee month-end inventory and recounts.

Medical Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Medical Assistant who is and passionate about the aesthetic industry.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Training in phlebotomy.
- Good understanding of skin anatomy.
- Experience with suture removal and / or assistance with minor surgical procedures.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Empathetic with patient needs and concerns.
- Ability to work well with physicians, anticipating their needs in regard to patient treatment.
- Ability to learn parameters of expanding job description, including operating room equipment manager.
- Has successfully completed basic CPR courses and updates on a yearly basis.
- Has capacity for making quick, intelligent decisions, and initiating appropriate actions.

Client Success Coordinator
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) will engage in high volume phone inquiries and face-to-face interactions with potential and/or current patients from initial inquiry to follow-up. The CSC will also be responsible for administrative tasks and office coordination, as needed by the practice manager. The CSC will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, including scheduling of consultations and subsequent follow-ups. As a part of this process, the CSC will educate patients on proposed treatment care plans, including payment options. In addition, this position will be responsible for keeping track of many details including patient scheduling of multiple providers and patient payments of treatments and products. The CSC will work in conjunction with the physician(s) and practice manager in establishing and achieving agreed upon goals. Clinic hours vary and are between 7:00am and 7:00pm Monday through Friday including weekends.
Qualifications
- One to two years of sales experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and remaining calm under pressure is essential
- Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding goals
- Proven track record for working as part of a highly collaborative patient management team
- Team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Coachable
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to listen effectively and understand patient needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is energetic, reliable and flexible
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and very organized
- Ability to provide friendly, timely service to all patients with questions or concerns
- Highly computer literate including proficiency in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Position requires a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- PatientNow experience is a plus
- Experience in aesthetics/health and wellness is also a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer new patient email/text leads, existing client emails, and website inquiries for bookings and sales.
- Book clients and handle transactions using medical software program.
- Have knowledge of all procedures offered and be able to answer client questions accordingly.
- Review and ensure full schedules for MDs, PAs, NPs, RNs, LVNs and estheticians. Fill in cancellation spots/maximizing the schedule.
- Retain patients by recommending other services such as non-surgical treatments, skin care consultation or laser services.
- Provide administrative support to practice managers and physicians.
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy
- Attend seminars to keep informed and updated in plastic surgery and med spa services
