Rhinoplasty Nose Surgery, Case 4

Since birth, this 22-year old female from Los Gatos had experienced severe nasal obstruction. As she grew up and her face developed, the lack of support of her nasal tip caused the nose to droop and become crooked. For many years, she had thought about doing something to improve the appearance and function of her nose. Following her consultation, we proceeded with a Rhinoplasty and septoplasty using an external approach. With this surgery we were able to rebuild a straight septum, restructure the nasal tip, and recontour the bridge. The result is a much more elegant and feminine-looking nose. With the right dimensions, a post- operative nose should look like it belongs to the patient, like she has had this nose forever. She is now thrilled with the appearance of her nose and with how well she can breathe.
