Case Details
This 27-year-old woman from San Jose came to Dr. Lieberman and Dr. Parikh interested in changing the shape of her nose and improving her breathing through rhinoplasty nose surgery. She had suffered from nasal obstruction for many years, but always felt that if she were going to have surgery on her nose, she would also like to improve its appearance. We met multiple times in our San Jose office as she debated whether to proceed. Ultimately we proceeded with a rhinoplasty to address both her nasal airway and nasal shape. During the surgery we were able to open up her airway and restructure the nasal cartilage and bones to create a more feminine and balanced nose. Most importantly, the final result fits her facial shape, blending in as a natural feature and softening her appearance. She is now very happy that she decided to move forward and loves her new, beautiful nose.
