This patient’s case presented a unique challenge. She obviously has gorgeous, clear green eyes, but the significant asymmetry was distracting and creating a tired, heavy look. If you look closely, the asymmetry is complex- not just eyelid and brow asymmetry but also differences in the bone shape underneath.
